Master Bathroom Renovation Progress

Master Bathroom Renovation Progress

Let's talk about our master bath renovation! Our plan for the space was to raise the ceiling height and basically gut everything in it. Our bedroom had this odd shelf above our closet. Our dining area had the same thing and we sealed it off when we renovated our guest bath. That allowed us to raise the guest bath ceiling. If you want to see that post click HERE. If the ceiling wasn't an issue this would be a much easier process!

Bathroom Reno Inspiration

Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you some ideas I have for our guest bath. We are going to completely gut it and re-do everything except the floors. I've ordered all the 'parts' like tub, faucet, toilet, mirror etc. We are just waiting for them to come in until we start on the demo. Once the tub is in I think we will start. The only thing not finalized is the wallpaper, light fixtures and accessories. We are planning on having the whole room subway tiled. In the shower it will go from the top of the tub up to the ceiling. Then the tile will extend all around the room going half way up the wall. I'll then have wallpaper on the upper part of the walls. I'm leaning towards some of the designs from Anthropologie but it's so hard! I want something with a little interest since everything else is basically white. Let me know if you have some wallpaper recommendations the comments. I'm so ready to get it all started. I'm really hoping we can have it done by the time the girls are born!
