Summer Recap

Summer Recap

Hey guys! As summer comes to an end I wanted to share some of my favorite pictures from these last few months. This summer felt like the busiest summer of my life. We really went on a ton of trips and each one was equally exhausting! Vacations with kids are definitely work, but looking back I'm so glad we did so much with the girls. We spent a lot of time in our bathing suits, at the beach, at the river and in our pool. I definitely got my fair share of vitamin d and am ready for colder weather, sweaters and football season!

Friday Finds: Summer Fashion

Friday Finds: Summer Fashion

I have been doing some serious online shopping lately. Have you ever tried going to the mall to do actual shopping with twins? Well it's not really possible. Imagine two babies trying to grab everything in sight and if anything Mickey is in sight game over!

Weekend Recap

Weekend Recap

This weekend felt so full of events! We are trying to get the girls out of the house more. It's so easy to just stay at home with them, but I know they need to be OUT (and so do I)! They are getting to be such a fun age and they truly entertain us all day long. I love seeing them interact more and more every day and become two little besties. Sometimes they are in their own world and just wander around the house together with random objects. It's my most favorite thing ever.

Running Playlist

Running Playlist

I wanted to share my running playlist with you all! If I don't have good music to run to I am so unmotivated and it seems way harder to get through it. I went through a few pandora playlists and finally fell in love with the Firestone station. Then I started taking screen shots of all the songs that I loved.

Sweater Weather

It is finally starting to feel like fall! Today I have a maternity look that is my go to outfit pregnant or not. I love a chunky turtleneck with some tall boots. These jeans are by Paige and are maternity jeans with a stretchy waist. I got them off of Tilden and they have so many options of jeans that are so flattering on your tummy. This sweater is from Marshalls and surprisingly is not maternity. Sweaters are a lot easier to get away with when pregnant since they are usually longer and pretty stretchy. Bring on the cooler weather! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving tomorrow!

Maternity Shoot

We are a month away!!! Holy moly it is getting so surreal to know we are going to be holding our baby girls in such a short time. Even though I feel so yucky I really wanted to have some pictures taken with Andrew to remember this time in our lives. This pregnancy has definitely not been what I was expecting. Ever since we found out it was twins, I feel like we jumped on a rollercoaster of emotions. From awful morning (*more like all day) sickness, to an extremely achy body, the whole pregnancy glow thing just wasn't for me! But on the flip side, everything with the girls has been above and beyond. They are in the 70th percentile for size and have been so healthy this entire time. With so many risks associated with my type of twin pregnancy, we are very lucky to have had such a smooth ride. I can't thank all of you enough for your continued support over these last 8 months.

Olive + Black

I'm starting to pull out my shorter dresses as the weather warms up. I love the ease of them. You don't have to do much thinking with dresses because they are cute by themselves. Grab a cute pair of shoes and sunnies are you are good to go!I consider olive green a neutral because of how versatile it is.

Cardigan Love

Hey friends! Today's outfit is my total comfort zone. I love wearing darker colors together to create a mono-chromatic look. It's also an added bonus when they are all comfortable pieces. These jeans have become my new favorite. They are seriously so comfy. And I've been wearing this cardigan with practically everything lately.

Floral + Flirty

There is something so great about a flowy maxi dress. I love the drama they bring. This one I especially love because of the print. Florals are one of my favorite ways to transition into spring fashion. With Valentine's Day right around the corner, all we see is red and hot pink, but those colors look pretty bad on me.
