There is something so classic and simple about this look that I love. Two things…three things I am loving right now: boyfriend jeans, open toe booties, and white t-shirts. You can do so many things with these pieces, they are absolute staples. I’m sure most of you are freezing wherever you live. I am still waiting for that drop in temperature here in southern California. Let’s be real, it will never happen. So if you can’t work the open toe boot, opt for a closed toe shoe instead. Who else out there is dealing with 90 degree weather in April? Umm this is not normal! In honor of this summer weather, I have put together my top picks for hot weather. There is nothing I like more than worn in denim shorts paired with a simple tank top. Add in aviators and simple jewelry to look totally effortless. When it is hot out ditch the lip gloss and swipe on a lip/cheek stain for lasting color. Don’t forget a coral polish to make you look extra tan! PS. I just bought that bathing suit, so I had to include it because I’m in love! Go Target!
Great food, sparkly drinks and lovely company, what is not to love about Thanksgiving? Another great thing about this holiday, is the chance to throw on a cute outfit. I like to be very comfortable for all holidays, especially when lots of eating is going on! For this look, I paired a cream knit with purple corduroys. The fit of both these pieces is easy, yet the fabrics give some interest. Next, I added a structured camel colored bag to add warmth and a printed infinity scarf to dress things up.
