Hey guys! I hope you are all having a great week so far! I just got back from my 29 week appointment (these photos were a few weeks ago so I’m bigger now!) and everything went great. The babies are 3 pounds 5 ounces and 3 pounds 6 ounces which is so amazing to be that close. I even got to see their faces in 3D and it blew my mind. Everything is becoming a little more real now. Not that it wasn’t real before, but now that they will make their arrival in less than two months, I’m feeling the pressure! We pretty much have their nursery complete. I just need to hang stuff up on the walls and get a few things for finishing touches. I’ll have a post on the nursery after they are born because we are waiting to say their names until they are born. We have signs above their cribs with their names so I kinda have to wait to post!
As far as ‘gear’ goes, we have everything we need, I think! We have a stroller, car seats, rockers, clothes, diapers and a whole lot more. Our house is already packed with baby stuff. It’s going to be insane once they are born. Lots of pink too! I’m trying to organize everything a little better so it gives us a little wiggle room. My body is also feeling the pregnancy a lot more now. My uterus is now the size of a normal 40 week pregnancy, but I still have about 7 weeks to go. Wow typing out 7 weeks looks like practically nothing! Ah! Andrew and I are just so ready to meet these little girls. I feel like I’ve been pregnant forever and I am ready to see their faces in real life! We have a birthing class tonight at the hospital so that should be interesting! I am going to leave my last update video below for you to watch if you are interested. I hope you guys have a great weekend!
We have made it to 25 weeks! I just had a check up appointment with my high risk specialist and everything is going perfectly! I feel so fortunate that the babies are both growing at the same pace and we haven’t had any complications yet. With another week comes a bigger belly! I am starting to feel very achy at night and sleep is not so fun anymore. Not many clothes are fitting, so I’ve been living in dresses and pj’s! Don’t be fooled by these shoes, they were not on long! For all you pregnant ladies out there, what have you been wearing? I have been trying to not buy many maternity clothes, but I think that’s becoming my only option! Let me know some of your favorite stores in the comments section.
How adorable is this black heart necklace? I got it from Mejuri and love how delicate it is. I’m all about finding pieces that are versatile and that layer well. This necklace is the perfect addition!I wanted to thank you all for your kind comments on my recent YouTube videos. Your support has helped so much during this pregnancy. I’m so grateful for all of you and am excited to share a new chapter with you once the babies are here!
Well hello everyone! I’m pretty sure I haven’t posted any outfit pics since being pregnant. Most of that is because I was so sick that I never felt up to getting ready! These photos were taken at the 20 week mark. My belly has really started to pop out and it is so crazy to see. This dress isn’t maternity but is super stretchy so it works! It has become so hard to get dressed in the mornings! Not much is fitting anymore so if you have some maternity websites that you love please let me know! Also, ever since getting this purse I’ve used it every day. It is the perfect size and looks cute with everything!
Ahh spring is in full bloom. Well it has actually felt like summer this week. It’s been in the 90’s. What in the world? Is it hot where you guys live or just me? I swear we get two weeks with rain and then it’s back to summer. Oh how I miss you Seattle! (I’m taking a trip there this summer and cannot WAIT.) We are headed to the river this weekend so more heat for me. But the river is such an escape for Andrew and I. It’s very refreshing to not have service for an entire weekend and just be.

Today’s look is what I wore out in Palm Springs last weekend and I love it so much. This dresss is super comfy and I love wearing this bralette under to add a little extra something. These wedges are also my new fav. I’ve been wanting a pair of black wedges and these are perfecto. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend with your friends and family! How the heck is it already May???? Seriously these months have been flying by. Oh also a little update on our kitchen! I went shopping for countertops today and picked out the quartz we want to go with. I loooove the look of marble but I want something more durable so I had to compromise. We are getting our lower cabinets installed in a few weeks so I’ll have more pictures very soon! (Did I mention our uppers are done? They look amazing!) Okay talk soon!
How is is already April?? I have a few more days of being 26 and then I’m officially in my late 20’s. Time to up the wrinkle creams! I have been sick the last few days so I’m trying to not do too much and rest up. I’m heading out to Palm Springs this weekend with Andrew for my bday so I need to be healthy! It’s also warm here, and I swear being sick when it’s hot out is the worst. So for today’s look I wanted something very spring appropriate. This lace-up dress screams spring and it is also super comfy. This booties are my new favorite. They are so comfortable and go with absolutely everything! I have a fashion haul coming tomorrow on my YouTube channel so you can see some other spring pieces I’ve picked up recently. I hope you all enjoy your week!
I’m starting to pull out my shorter dresses as the weather warms up. I love the ease of them. You don’t have to do much thinking with dresses because they are cute by themselves. Grab a cute pair of shoes and sunnies are you are good to go! I consider olive green a neutral because of how versatile it is. You can wear it anytime of the year too. I wore black sneakers with this dress to make it more casual and add in a tomboy vibe. You definitely have to wear a bralette under this dress. It goes low in the front with the lace up detail. I think a little lace peeking through looks super cute!
Hey friends! Today’s outfit is my total comfort zone. I love wearing darker colors together to create a mono-chromatic look. It’s also an added bonus when they are all comfortable pieces. These jeans have become my new favorite. They are seriously so comfy. And I’ve been wearing this cardigan with practically everything lately. To lounge around the house, out to lunch, grocery shopping…seriously everything! I hope you are all having a great week so far. I’ve been trying to re-charge from this weekend. We went out for a friend’s birthday and I haven’t ‘gone out’ in forever! So when I stayed out until 12:00 it was a big deal. Have a great day everything and thanks for stopping by!
There is something so great about a flowy maxi dress. I love the drama they bring. This one I especially love because of the print. Florals are one of my favorite ways to transition into spring fashion. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, all we see is red and hot pink, but those colors look pretty bad on me. So I like to wear more subtle colors but keep the feminine feel. Do you guys have any plans for Valentine’s Day? Andrew and I have nothing planned, so who knows! The weather has felt like summer lately. It was 92 yesterday and it completely confused me. Where is my El Nino? I’m still holding out! But for the time being I’ll wear some shorts and soak up the sunshine!
I’ve started to love this mauve color! In clothing and in decor. I have to show you my silk curtains in my office soon. There are from West Elm. I usually stray away from anything pink because I’ve never thought I look good in it. If you were to look in my closet I’m pretty sure you might find one pink top in total. But this hue is so much better! I am huge fan of these dusty shades lately. I think they work well with lots of pieces. You can pair with black, white, olive green, and grey. This top isn’t on Windor’s site anymore, just the bodysuit version. But I’ve found similar styles here, here, and here.
I’m still loving my lob haircut. I have a tutorial on it HERE. I like that once I style it, it will last a good 2-3 days. The only bummer is that I notice it growing more, which means more haircuts. Boo.
These sunglasses are by DITTO. This website lets you try out different designer shades and exchange them for a new pair every month! The ones I’m weraing are the Retro Super Future style. If you want to try them out, I have a code to get your first month free! Enter KENDRAVLOGS at checkout!
Ah I love this combo lately. Pairing soft neutrals with little pops of color. I clearly am not listening to the no white after Labor Day rule. What about winter whites!? If you guys follow me on Instagram you have seen these sunglasses a ton lately. I think the idea behind this company is pretty neat. You pay $24 a month for designer sunglasses. When you are sick of your pair you just return them for a new style! This whole outfit is made up of super affordable pieces. The scarf is under $20 from Target and is super warm! I also cannot stop wearing these booties. They are super comfortable and I’m really into this camel shade right now. I hope you all have a great rest of your day and Happy Holidays!
