How is is already April?? I have a few more days of being 26 and then I’m officially in my late 20’s. Time to up the wrinkle creams! I have been sick the last few days so I’m trying to not do too much and rest up. I’m heading out to Palm Springs this weekend with Andrew for my bday so I need to be healthy! It’s also warm here, and I swear being sick when it’s hot out is the worst. So for today’s look I wanted something very spring appropriate. This lace-up dress screams spring and it is also super comfy. This booties are my new favorite. They are so comfortable and go with absolutely everything! I have a fashion haul coming tomorrow on my YouTube channel so you can see some other spring pieces I’ve picked up recently. I hope you all enjoy your week!
I’m starting to pull out my shorter dresses as the weather warms up. I love the ease of them. You don’t have to do much thinking with dresses because they are cute by themselves. Grab a cute pair of shoes and sunnies are you are good to go! I consider olive green a neutral because of how versatile it is. You can wear it anytime of the year too. I wore black sneakers with this dress to make it more casual and add in a tomboy vibe. You definitely have to wear a bralette under this dress. It goes low in the front with the lace up detail. I think a little lace peeking through looks super cute!
There is something so great about a flowy maxi dress. I love the drama they bring. This one I especially love because of the print. Florals are one of my favorite ways to transition into spring fashion. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, all we see is red and hot pink, but those colors look pretty bad on me. So I like to wear more subtle colors but keep the feminine feel. Do you guys have any plans for Valentine’s Day? Andrew and I have nothing planned, so who knows! The weather has felt like summer lately. It was 92 yesterday and it completely confused me. Where is my El Nino? I’m still holding out! But for the time being I’ll wear some shorts and soak up the sunshine!
It is kiiinda starting to feel like fall. The mornings and evenings are definitely cooler, but the afternoons are still really warm. So my way of feeling like the seasons are changing is to layer. I can get away with wearing my summer dresses if I just add in some tights. Plus, I am so pasty white I can’t handle to see too much skin. Another thing I am loving is leather, lots of it. I usually would wear my black leather booties, but I need to step away from them and give them a break! So I added in my fab booties by Jeffrey Campbell to spice up this look. I hope you are all having a wonderful month. Can you believe it is almost November? Unreal. Talk soon guys!
I spend this past weekend in New York and am still trying to catch my breath! It was a crazy trip filled with lots of fashion, great food and great wine. I filmed the entire trip so stay tuned for a peek into what my weekend looked like. Today’s post is all about the outfit I wore to the Alyssa Collura show. I wanted to wear something a bit bohemian to reflect the Alyssa Collura’s girly and feminine designs. I chose this dress from Nordstrom which happens to be in my favorite color. I love that the shade completely changes depending on the light. Sometimes it looks teal, while other times it comes off navy. I paired it with chunky heeled booties by Jeffery Campbell. Can you even get over how awesome these shoes are? The second I saw them it was love. They have a worn in, vintage look which gives a very relaxed feel. I like finding pieces that can be used for multiply occasions. When it starts to cool down I will pair this dress with tights and these shoes with jeans. Get more bank for you buck! I hope you all are having a great week and thanks so much for stopping by!
Hey guys! I was so looking forward to this fashion post. I decided to take the pics in San Luis Obispo because I felt the style of this dress fit right in. This entire outfit is from BooHoo, and seriously go to their site right now and check everything out. Everything is really unique and very affordable. The print and style of this dress is unlike anything I own. Honestly, I love each accessory here too. The watch is so unique and the rings are great to layer. I have been using this bag every single day in Seattle so far. It’s super roomy and makes my life much easier! Oh yes and the shoes are perfect. They would be super cute with jean shorts or skinny jeans too. Love!
Happy Thursday! It is almost Friday!! Do any of you have big plans for the weekend? I am going to another wedding down in San Diego. I figured with wedding season in full swing this look was completely perfect. I am obsessed with the breezy feel and pale lavender shade of this dress. Light purple flatters most skin tones and adds such a feminine flare. I met up with Bri Seeley, the designer of this dress to shoot a few looks. When I see her designs I think, feminine and classic. This dress definitely fits both of those descriptions. I love to pair any pastel look with nude accessories. I also kept the jewelry gold to enhance the romantic vibe. I hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
I had so much fun on this Windsor collaboration! The moment I laid eyes on this dress, I knew it had to be mine. I love pairing warm neutrals with brighter pieces, to balance out the look. I felt very 1970’s in this outfit, from the circle sunnies right down to the platform heels! Have fun transitioning into spring. It may not be as warm where you live right now, but throw on a neon top and you can pretend!
Here is another look from our stop in Vegas. Shoutout to Andrew for being such a trooper as my photographer! I had fun with some outfits I typically don’t wear day to day. The tank top cut of this dress is super comfortable and the sheer overlay keeps is really lightweight. I kept everything black expect for my jewelry which has a brass tone to it. I have become obsessed with this crossbody bag. It is the perfect size for everything you need and is made so well. Like always, details to everything will be listed below!
With New Years right around the corner, I have put together three different looks for you. It’s never too early to go shopping! I am still not sure what I am going to be doing this New Years, hopefully it will involve sparkles and some bubbly!
