Hey guys! Today I wanted to share with you some ways to style neutral shoes. I just got a few pairs of shoes from Aerosoles that are perfect for spring. Neutral shoes are a great thing to add to your wardrobe because of how versatile they are. Especially with twins, styling clothes quickly is very important and pairing clothes with neutral toned shoes takes out a lot of the guess work.
First I am style these rose gold flats with black leggings. I wanted to show you how easy it is to change the look of an outfit by swapping out a few pieces.
^^I love how soft and feminine this look is. Rose gold and florals look so pretty together and are perfect for the spring. And keeping your layers lightweight keep the look fresh.^^
^^Here I chose a slightly longer trench, but kept it in a sheer fabric. The light pink color perfectly complements the rose gold flats. For my top, I have on a striped blouse in a similar fabric to keep the outfit cohesive.^^
^^One of my favorite ways to wear leggings is with a denim top. This one works great buttoned or un-buttoned. Denim is a great option for spring attire. It goes with pretty much everything, and I especially love it with a metallic! To make the look a little sporty, I have my backpack diaper bag which is both cute and functional!^^
Next, I am styling a pair of cork heels that have gold veining throughout them.
^^I love stripes for spring, especially navy and white!^^
^^I like to mix and match a lot of different types of neutrals. Denim jeans mixed paired with a camel bag and white top give an effortless vibe.^^
^^Here you can see how easy it is to swap out flats for heels to dress up your outfit a little.^^
Hey everyone! I hope you are having a good week so far. Today I wanted to share with you some new fashion pieces that I am loving. It has been in the 80’s this week, so I feel like it’s summer. What is the weather like where you live? We were supposed to get so much rain this season, but now we just get summer early. Typical! I am missing Seattle so much right now!

I also wanted to see if you would like me to post my YouTube videos here on my blog. I would do that so you can come here to see everything I’m posting, rather than go to YouTube for vidoes, blog for pictures etc. Unless you spend time browsing on YouTube anyway. Just let me know what would be easiest for you!
^^These shoes are perfect for spring! It has felt weird pulling out my warm weather shoes, but it’s a nice change up from boots! (only downside is you have to paint your nails!)^^
There is something so great about a flowy maxi dress. I love the drama they bring. This one I especially love because of the print. Florals are one of my favorite ways to transition into spring fashion. With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, all we see is red and hot pink, but those colors look pretty bad on me. So I like to wear more subtle colors but keep the feminine feel. Do you guys have any plans for Valentine’s Day? Andrew and I have nothing planned, so who knows! The weather has felt like summer lately. It was 92 yesterday and it completely confused me. Where is my El Nino? I’m still holding out! But for the time being I’ll wear some shorts and soak up the sunshine!
Sometimes you just need to wear black. I’m slightly obsessed with this coat from RO & DE noir. It is super warm and so chic with any outfit. I’m am completely in the holiday spirit these days, wearing warm coats, drinking white russians and listening to Christmas music 24/7. And I finished all my holiday shopping yesterday. It was a Christmas miracle! I hope you are all enjoying December so far. Only 14 more days until Christmas!
Happy Monday! I wanted to share a look I wore this past Friday out to dinner with Andrew. This summer has been very long and very hot. Today is the first day I haven’t had to turn the AC on at 9:00 am. It has been brutal to say the least. So considering it was still pretty toasty last Friday, I threw on this maxi dress because 1. it is super comfortable and 2. it is only one thin layer of clothing. I paired it with a pair of studded flats and crossbody bag for an effortless feel. I hope you all have been having a great summer. I am soooo ready for fall. Scented candles, sweaters and hot tea are calling my name!
Merry almost Christmas! I feel like I have so much to do before Christmas, and it is practically here! I am so looking forward to seeing all my family. My niece and nephew will be here tonight and I am sooo happy. Do you have some big plans? I am trying to think of a great dessert for Christmas Eve but have zero ideas. If you have any great dessert recipe’s let me know in the comments! I hope you all enjoy today’s post and also your time with your friends and family this week!
Let’s face it. Some days you are not in the mood to get dressed up. Okay, so this is how I feel most days. Guilty. It may be from living in Southern California my whole life. I feel much for comfortable in flip flops than I do heels, and shorts always trump a skirt in my head. I recently got this top and shorts and have been LIVING in them for the past couple weeks. Seriously. Tanks, bralettes, and these denim sweat shorts have become my new wardrobe and I love it. Also, I have been using this black fringe bag from Windsor for the past month and I am completely obsessed! It is the perfect bag, and makes any outfit look cuter than it actually is! I hope you all have a great Wednesday and thanks for stopping by!
I was feeling super hippie for this look. I wanted something comfortable and lightweight, but still really fun and full of accessories. I layered a ton of jewelry, but made sure it was all delicate enough to go together. I also paired these amazing gladiator flats and fringe bag. (I’ve been using this bag everyday and it is perfect! I tied a knot at the top to make the strap a little smaller.) I think I am going to become obsessed with bralettes this summer. I just got this black one from ShopLately and love how effortless they are, and the lace looks so cute peaking out of your top. They do run pretty small, so watch out for that. I cannot wait for summer. I mean, it kind of already feels like summer because of how hot it is. But, until June rolls around I will just pretend!
