Happy Holidays! Can I say that yet? Because other than our tree, I’ve put up all our Christmas decor over here! I got this POPSUGAR X Neiman Marcus box in the mail yesterday and was gushing over it for a loooong time. I kept showing everything to Andrew in amazement and he was like okay great. Haha. But seriously, I was blown away by how beautiful everything was and am so excited to give you a peek at it all! So real quick, POPSUGAR partnered up with Neiman Marcus and curated this gorgeous box of items that are centered around the perfect Holiday Soiree. Everything is in beautiful metallic shades ranging from home decor to beauty products. This box is perfect to either spoil yourself with, OR you could gift all these items to loved ones. Everything you get will make both you and your home feel a little more glamorous this holiday season!
So starting off we have a matching Chan Luu necklace and earrings in gold. The cool thing about this necklace is you can wear it at any length. The earring are super cute too! And look at that gold keychain! It’s by Edie Parker and the back is a really pretty red. I’m going to hook this on my keys asap. When getting the box you get to choose if you want the ‘gold box’ or ‘silver box’. Also, I forgot to mention this box retails for $250 but has over $750 worth of product! AND you get a $25 gift card to Neiman Marcus!
Next up we have this gorgeous 4 pack of placemats by Kim Seybert, Inc. The are so glitzy and I love them! You also get a YSL Shock Mascara and Wild Illusion Limited Edition Eye Shadow Palette.
How stunning is that Jonathan Adler candle? This one is in champagne, the other one that comes in the ‘silver box’ is vodka scented. And alongside of that is a GlamGlow Dreamduo Overnight Treatment.
Last we have a W&P Design cocktail shaker in a super cute pineapple shape and this insane agate cheese plate and spreader from Anna by Rablabs. Can you imagine serving some cheese on that? It’s almost to pretty to use!
Definitely get one of these amazing holiday boxes before they are gone! I am so excited to open it all up more and put them to use!

Happy Black Friday! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I woke up so tired from all the food haha. Andrew and I are going to take on the crowds this afternoon to knock some Christmas shopping off the list. I also need to pick up some Christmas decorations. I’ve listed some sales I think are amazing today, and they are all online so you don’t even need to leave the house!
Happy Shopping!
Sephora is having $10 deals on some AMAZING products!
Up next in my series of gift guides is my personal favorite (see gift guide #1 here). I’m pretty much obsessed with office supplies. I’m currently working on updating my office and making it a place where I can be inspired. And you clearly see my color preference here. If you know someone who loves creating a pretty workspace, then here are some gift ideas for you. Or if that person is you, then send this list along to your parents, spouse or anyone else needing some gift ideas for you! In an ideal world, I’d snap my fingers and this entire list would appear magically beside me! (Can you even handle that mouse pad?!)
It is officially time to start holiday shopping! I am going to be posting a series of gift guides to help you through this holiday season. I’m starting off with stocking stuffers. These are smaller items that are fine to gift alone or add to any other gift. Can I put these on my wish list as well?! Also I’ll have a post on Black Friday with all the great deals going on so don’t miss out on that! Happy Shopping!
So I’m fully aware that it’s still November, but I’m so ready for Christmas. I walked through Target yesterday and couldn’t stop staring at all their holiday decor. If you like metallics and white, you need to go take a look at their new things. I was just scrolling through Joss & Main, which has become a morning ritual now, and got sucked into the Christmas stuff. I even took out some holiday decor pieces I had in storage last night and tried to put them up super nonchalant so Andrew wouldn’t be able to tell. Here is my compromise, I’m decorating ‘wintery’ right now. No santa’s or red and green is up in our home, just whites and metallics. So if you want to start decorating but be secretive about it, I came up with some ‘winter’ picks that will get you in the mood, but won’t make you look like a Christmas freak. (Confession: Michael Buble Holiday is currently playing on my Pandora.)
Merry almost Christmas! I feel like I have so much to do before Christmas, and it is practically here! I am so looking forward to seeing all my family. My niece and nephew will be here tonight and I am sooo happy. Do you have some big plans? I am trying to think of a great dessert for Christmas Eve but have zero ideas. If you have any great dessert recipe’s let me know in the comments! I hope you all enjoy today’s post and also your time with your friends and family this week!
So I made these muffins last week and they were a hit! I might make them again today because I kinda miss them. They are so moist and soft, and have the best flavor. Another thing that is great about these muffins, is that they are great for breakfast. You can always add cream cheese frosting for more of a dessert, but I like them as is. Let me know if you try this recipe out! You won’t regret it! xoxo
1) Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line the pan with papers.
2) Whisk together the eggs, molasses, and pumpkin purée. Set aside.
3) Whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
4) Add the soft butter, mixing with an electric mixer until evenly crumbly. The mixture will look like coarse sand.
5) Add the egg mixture a bit at a time, beating well with an electric mixer after each addition. Beat for 1 to 2 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy.
6) Scoop the batter into the prepared pan, mounding the cups full. The batter will rise above the level of each cup; that’s fine.
7) Let the muffins rest for 10 minutes.
8) Bake the muffins for 22 to 25 minutes (22 was perfect), until the middle springs back when lightly touched. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Best served warm.
(fyi- I purchased my pieces in-store, so the selection online varies)
Nothing feels more like the holidays like a warm coat. I found this beautiful burgundy coat at H&M and knew I had to style an outfit around it. I like wearing one piece in a rich color, and pairing everything else around it. I chose these awesome pants that have a block of denim at the calf and a printed shirt that has a quilted feel to it. My trusty brown booties go with every outfit, so this one was no exception! It has finally cooled down in southern California and I couldn’t be happier. We are supposed to get rain tonight, but not nearly as much as other places right now. If you are in a blizzard or rain storm stay safe! I hope you all are having a great week!

Who said tech stuff was just for guys? There are so many cute products out on the market that are perfect for the people in your life that love gadgets. Long gone are the days of ugly charging cords and headphones. I have searched the internet for the most fashion forward tech items that are perfect for gifting. Frends, ban.do, and Kate Spade are my top brands for super cute gear. The best part is, you can order all of these online so you don’t even have to leave the house!
So here’s the deal. I was shopping online for some cute home gift ideas, and got suckered in to One King’s Lane. Holy cow. Why don’t more people talk about this site? If you don’t already know, I am obsessed with home decor. Andrew and I are on the hunt for a house right now, but are waiting until we save some more money. I really spend a lot of my time dreaming of my future home. Pinterest is a great place where I can put all my ideas and find so much inspiration. Once we do get a house you can expect a lot more decor posts. So in the meantime I am going to show you what I’m lusting over. Usually I pick items from multiple stores online, but I could not leave One King’s Lane. Most of their pieces are right up my alley and they are having some amazing sales right now. I am so in love with copper and marble decor accents, and the site is filled with them! I mean…can we take a moment and check out that rolling pin…?! I hope this gives you some great gift ideas!
